Payment & Refund Policy
Financial policies regarding project fees and refunds:
- Payment Terms: Project fees are structured as milestones or retainers and must be paid as per the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the service contract.
- Refunds: Refunds are not available once active development on a project milestone has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered for undelivered milestones at Openpointer's discretion.
- Late Payments: Outstanding invoices beyond 30 days may incur a late payment fee and may result in temporary suspension of active work until the balance is resolved.
Project Scope & Professional Conduct
- Scope of Work: All project deliverables, timelines, and milestones are defined in a mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or service contract.
- Change Requests: Any modifications beyond the agreed scope will require a formal change request and may affect the timeline and project cost.
- Client Cooperation: Timely feedback, approvals, and asset delivery from the client are essential. Delays in client response may extend project timelines.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, and business-sensitive data shared during the engagement.
